Patagonia Gear Company - Patagonia was nice enough to donate a load of nice clothes to the trip to make sure we stay warm, dry, and happy.

Russell Rayburn and Lakeside Cyclery - Russell, the amazing mechanic at Lakeside Cyclery in Clear Lake, Iowa has done us countless favors to make this trip happen:

- Built our rock-solid wheels from scratch (We KNOW you put in some long nights with those!)
- Found us our frames
- Put together a LOAD of last minute things for us.
- Most importantly, gave us suggestions, advice, and support to make us feel comfortable and confident in what we are doing.

The crew at Lakeside Cyclery is made up of some hard-working, extremely knowledgeable individuals. This trips' success is due, in no small part, to them. If you are anywhere in the Midwest and looking for bikes, components, advice, etc., we cannot say enough about the quality of this bike shop and the people that are working there. Give them a call at 641-357-4660.

Josh "Big Smoothie" Spetter - Josh is a wonderful guy. He is our extremely hard-working Peace Corps coordinator for the agriculture sector. Oh yeah, he is also our best friend. For a year and a half, he put up with us spending numerous evenings at his apartment in Asuncion, keeping all of our gear crammed in one of his rooms, using his living room as a bike shop, and making a general mess of his space. Trying to orchestrate this trip from Paraguay would have been nearly impossible without Josh's support and friendship. Additionally, he is one of the most loving and caring people that we know. Our Peace Corps service would have been much less enjoyable without his presence. Shout out to Spetter. Smoothin things over, jepi guaicha.

Family and Friends
- There have been a lot of people who have helped organize this trip. Hugo Cesar Martinez, Dan's Paraguayan friend, brought us our frames down from Iowa. Tons of thanks, hugs, and love to our parents, who have supported us through our Peace Corps service and the planning of this trip. We will be home soon!

Victor Torreani- Victor is the web designer for Guyra and has singlehandedly constructed the website. He has been accomodating of our erratic schedules and crazy antics. Cheers to you Victor!
